It’s just about time to deck the halls and hang the stockings with care. Believe it or not – the Holiday season is just around the corner! And we are READY for it!
We invite you to get into the spirit of the season with the Hilton Head Choral Society at our annual holiday concert “A Night Divine” on Friday, December 13 at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 540 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head Island, SC. This annual community performance with heart-warming music is sure to bring joy and smiles to everyone in attendance!
Continuing our “Oh, What A Night!” season, this holiday concert will begin with an inspiring illumination of musical excellence. And the evening will continue with an eclectic variety of traditional carols as well as some lesser known classic holiday songs.
If you aren’t already in the spirit, you certainly will be after hearing the 70-voice Choral Society sing beautiful holiday tunes like “Angels We Have Heard on High,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “I Saw Three Ships” and much more!
Special guest singers from Colleton County High School Chorus will be accompanying the HHCS for this celebration of the season. The eloquent, youthful voices of the CCHS chorus will surely be a magnificent addition to the evening.
The audience will definitely sing along to songs like “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” and “We Need a Little Christmas” as they fondly remember cherished childhood memories celebrating the holidays with family and friends.
You’ll be reminded of the pure wonder of the season through the moving melodies of arrangements like “Festival First Nowell” and “God Bless Us Everyone.” Other performances that evening will include: “In the Bleak Midwinter,” “Feast of Carols” and “Shepherd’s Carol.”
“I know that this is a highlight of the season for our members getting to share the spirit of the season through song with our audience,” says Dr. Dustin Ousley, Artistic Director of the HHCS. “To see the joy on the faces of everyone in attendance gives us an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment in our work.”
The Spirit of the Season ~ GIVING BACK
This year, the Choral Society is teaming up with the United Way of the Lowcountry as they partner with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, and area nonprofits to give Beaufort & Jasper County children and families the holiday season they deserve through gifts and donations.
We invite all concertgoers to bring a NEW, unwrapped musical toy to the concert to help bring the joy of Christmas to children and families in our community through Operation Holiday Heroes.

Season tickets are now available here. Tickets for “A Night Divine,” $15 – $45, make great gifts and can be purchased online or at the door, if available. Buying tickets in advance for all concerts is strongly suggested. All seating is reserved.
