We are nearing “the most wonderful time of the year.” Visitors and residents, mark your calendar for one of the most magnificent holiday events in our community – The Hilton Head Choral Society’s Sounds of Christmas concert with full chorus and orchestra. The joy of live music returns! “The Sounds of Christmas” concert on Friday, December 10 at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 540 William Hilton Parkway will be the kick off to the Choral Society’s new season of music. We will be celebrating our 45th anniversary and the 20th anniversary of our Artistic Director, Tim Reynolds. Most of all, we will celebrate our return to gathering and singing with and for you!
First Presbyterian Church, beautifully adorned for Christmas, will set the stage for an evening of traditional carols, holiday tunes, and the lyrical “Christmas Oratorio” of French composer Camille Saint-Saens. The full chorus with guest soloists, pipe organ and orchestra will fill the church with an inspiring evening of holiday music.
