Led by Dr. Pam Kane – Learn from the Best!

Dr. Kane has had 40 years of teaching experience in public, parochial, and private schools in Arizona, Maryland, Washington, DC, New Jersey, and most recently South Carolina where she taught at St. Gregory the Great Catholic School for 8 years. She currently serves as Music Director/Organist at Holy Family Catholic Church on Hilton Head Island, where she has implemented several new programs for youth including The Ultimate Summer Music Camp, a private teaching studio, and the Catholic Children’s Choir of the Lowcountry. Dr. Kane received her Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Organ from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Organ Performance and Liturgical Music from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where she concurrently received her K-12 music teaching certification.

In addition to choral conducting, serving in church music ministry, and performing organ recitals throughout the region, Dr. Kane enjoys writing literature-based musicals for the general music classroom. Among her most successful endeavors are musicals based on Jon Scieszka’s The True Story of the Three Little Pigs called The True Story from Fairytale Land and Doreen Cronin’s Click, Clack, Moo, Cows That Type called Barnyard Ballyhoo. In her spare time Dr. Kane enjoys walking on the beach, doing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her amazing family.
