Celebrating 50 Years of SINGING with the HHCS
HHCS PRESENTS Concert Series
HHCS Presents was launched by Tim Reynolds in 2006. The program welcomed world-renowned ensembles to Hilton Head.
Over the years, the groups have included the Vienna Boys Choir, Chanticleer, The American Boychoir, and The King’s Singers from Cambridge, England.
2006 • 2012 • 2017 • 2025 – The first PRESENTS series hosted the Vienna Boys Choir, one of the most famous choirs in the world. They have been enchanting audiences for centuries with their pure & pristine sound & charming performance style. These gifted musicians with voices of unforgettable beauty are a beloved institution, presenting a diverse array of vocal music that appeals to audiences of all ages.
Chanticleer, a GRAMMY® Award-winning vocal ensemble, performed as part of the HHCS PRESENTS series for our 40th anniversary in 2015. Known around the world as “an orchestra of voices” for its wide-ranging repertoire and dazzling virtuosity Chanticleer quickly took its place as one of the most prolific recording and touring ensembles in the world.
The King’s Singers have represented the gold standard in a cappella singing on the world’s greatest stages for over fifty years.

Category V Brass
Founded in 2017, Category V Brass is a quintet based out of Columbia, SC. They have performed with the HHCS several times, most recently for the Memorial Day performance in 2024.
The Lowcountry Harp Society
In February 2022, the HHCS and the Lowcountry Chapter of the American Harp Society presented the Lowcountry Harp Ensemble with guest harpist Rhett Barnwell. A free community performance, the concert premiered Barnwell’s “Wade In The Water – A Lowcountry Suite” honoring the Gullah culture and Black History Month.
